Service was poor steward was none existant and when he was around not helpful. Had to grab our own TP off the cart in hall. Most staff had no answers when asked something. Bar waiters always looking for tips or they would not return to service you.

Ship tip
This was our 5th cruise on Norwegian and I would never cruise on this ship again. Gem And Jewel much better.
Would go back to this island. Loved people and island. Went to Carlisle bay on our own at Harbor Lights and rented 2 chairs umbrella and snorkel at 2 locations off beach for 20 per person.
Very nice island. Look for private island tour thru guy named Captain. He is very knowledgable about iskand and got us a very inexpensive island tour for 23 each. Great tour and last stop at beach if you want to snorkel. Also he showed us great open air market at the end of tour.
Did the Rhino rider excursion which was super excursion run very well. Staff was great and very safety concerned. Not sure if you could do this on your own as the took 20 people out for 16 mile fun ride on these little boats and we got to see alot of the island from the water. Would recommend this excursion
Did the catamaran snorkel excursion and met Captain Val and her crew Mike and Brandon on the Dancing Dolphin. What a great crew and ship.
Super crew and fun sail across to St. John's US to a great snorkel site. People that did not want to snorkel were taken to beach on dingy. Everyone had a great time. The best excursion we been on at this island. We have been to this island 4 times and would do this again.
