Review summary

Surprised about the poor entertainment on board for new years eve. The band selected for the pool area did not invite people to dance. Very poor organized. Boring activities ar night time. Thank god we bought the thermal suite pass. We have taken the new year cruise with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity ant the parties on board were fantastic. Norwegian needs to work on this area to improve the passenger experience.

Love the Venetian Restaurant my favorite place to eat the waitress at table 5 fantastic; the food at the Buffet was extremely spicy the ship need to establish a fresh Grill place like other cruise lines

Is the first time I travel with Norwegian for the new year eve festivities and it was disappointing. I recommend a total new approach. My husband was upset with the poor organization of the entertainment. There was no dinner formal night with the Capitan. I'm a gold Latitudes Member and could not sign for the Cruise Next because of the poor entertainment at night or sailing dates.

Our cabin service from Rodrigo was fantastic always with a smile and ready to assist us to make our tip enjoyable. However we notice that certain Oshean's waiters were not nice nor pleasant. One of the waitresses from Trinidad tried to make me uncomfortable because I asked for hot milk to mix with my coffee.
