Overall, this was an amazing cruise. All the ports were great. Other than some disappointment with the quality of the food we very much enjoyed ourselves. I would highly recommend this cruise to others.

we had a great time! There were things we could see in need of improvement. We did understand that things seem to be limited due to covid-19 issues. However, the fact that additional services and limited eating offerings increase the cost of the cruise by 75% oh, I do find reason to complain. The worst purchase of the entire extra service package was the internet. $200 for single device use is outrageous! match that with the fact that the Wi-Fi on the ship did not work half the time and the Norwegian app is glitchy and required multiple logins every time you wanted to find out what was going on during the day, I would say that the worst experience of the entire onboard trip was dealing with Norwegian Wi-Fi!

Our Christmas cruise on NCL provided for great family time and time to get away from the demands of home. However, we were disappointed in NCL with their cancellation of all kid's programing ages 5-12. They stated Splash Academy could not open because of covid concerns. This policy was confusing to us because they left the teen program open, but closed the elementary aged programing. ALL children, ages 5 and up HAD to be vaccinated to get on board. NCL policy simply didn't make sense. The service provided to us in The Haven bar was exceptional and by far the highlight of our trip. The Haven experience was delightful and one that we'd highly encourage. This is our third Haven experience and the only difference this experience was our concierges were not as engaged as previous ones we've had. The lead concierge, Monica, was friendly ,but didn't go out of her way to be engaging and helpful. It didn't impact our trip, as we didn't required much assistance, but just different from past trips. The food is by far what we noticed as the most significant difference between our previous NCL experiences and this one, post covid cruise start up. The food quality has taken a big dip in the wrong direction. The food was simply put ok- to good; but nothing spectacular. There were a few fantastic dishes, but overall we were craving a better food experience. The quality was lacking and this is one area where we saw budget cuts taking place. Our room, Haven H-6, two room suite was lovely and provided great privacy for both parents and children. The location, and layout was spectacular.

Only thing I was disappointed with is they got rid of mini golf, and it is advertised in all the videos for the Breakaway that it is still there.

This is our favorite itinerary and cruise line. They provide the best value and their safety precautions were amazing.

Low capacity, great staff, no lines or long waiting. Great cruise.

Was charged extra for free perks. NCL would not help. Told me they could care less and go back and settle with travel agent. They were suppose to be free but had to pay $350 more after booking. Nothing but a con.

Just enjoy your cruise things happen just like in life! Just go with the flow and enjoy! I feel more concerned about Covid at work or Walmart then I ever did on the cruise! ENJOY

Cruise itself was perfect! Smooth sailing, great entertainment, wonderful staff! All in all, PERFECT.

NCL Breakaway needs to up their game in food and customer service. Embarkation could have been MUCH BETTER.

This was a cruise for my sister's retirement & it was booked to do things she would enjoy; not necessarily for the ports. Only issue is because of Covid it was delayed by a year & she developed back problems about 10 months ago. Despite this having the Haven room & the extras that came with it made it a wonderful overall cruise. The fact that everyone staff & passengers had to be vaccinated decided us on doing this despite Covid. I felt the Covid hiccup was handled as well as NCL could do it under difficult circumstances. I liked that is was not crowded. I realize that I prefer the smaller NCL ships even though there is no Haven. 😊

Cruising at 40% capacity was wonderful. No lines, no waiting and no kids. Unfortunately it probably will never happen again

Overall with fewer than 1600 passengers, the cruise was great. The only over crowded venue was Syd Norman’s Pour House. The Atrium still filled up. We liked the longer itinerary. WiFi remains fair (unreliable connection) and too expensive. NCL remains an overall good value.

We had a great time it was a little strange that there were so few people on board but the crew as always went above and beyond and the entire ship was open even though there were only a few guests

It was a great cruise. NCL had a really fun Halloween sail away party and costume party. I can't wait to take an NCL cruise to Bermuda again.

Many Norwegian cruises, first time on Breakaway class ship. Only thought was the swimming pool area could have been designed better. Band stand right at pools edge, thus when music/band playing, sound was WAY TOO LOUD. Pool small for this size ship.

we enjoyed the ship, crew and friends that were aboard. the band as Syd Normans Poor House was not to be missed. Six was a top quality show and the meals in and outside of the haven were excellent. the itinerary for this time of year was just not working and was an unfortunate part of this cruise. I have done this cruise as a group cruise 2 times at this time of year and both times the weather was awful and created limited to no port days. so consider that. for us doing it a second time only worked because we had a large group cruise and we just spent time with friends.

This cruise ship was not full, therefore it was easy to get on an elevator, get a table in the restaurant without waiting. Crew members were pleasant and worked hard.

NCL So organized and easy breezy with this whole covid testing. So much so, I will never sail with anyone but NCL again
