Good trip. Safe. Clean. No issues. Norwegian seems to Nicole and dime you to death for every little thing. Limited and poor entertainment. Not much else to do but sit, eat, and go to pool.
Norwegian Breakaway Cruise Review to Caribbean - Western
we had a great time! There were things we could see in need of improvement. We did understand that things seem to be limited due to covid-19 issues. However, the fact that additional services and limited eating offerings increase the cost of the cruise by 75% oh, I do find reason to complain. The worst purchase of the entire extra service package was the internet. $200 for single device use is outrageous! match that with the fact that the Wi-Fi on the ship did not work half the time and the Norwegian app is glitchy and required multiple logins every time you wanted to find out what was going on during the day, I would say that the worst experience of the entire onboard trip was dealing with Norwegian Wi-Fi!
Embarkation

Good. Quick. clean. Do not explain to procedures or introduce you to the ship well.

Ship tip
Take multiple extension cords if you need a CPAP. Bring a book! Unless you are part of the musical and poolside crowd, there's isn't a lot to do.
for the most part it was good, people inside the port were helpful and nice. The parking was convoluted, difficult to find, and upon our return the parking attendant attempted to double charge everyone by claiming they parked in the wrong space. We noticed that half of the parking lot had been roped off before we left, when we got back we found our vehicle on the other side of the rope. The parking lot attendant trying to say that we willingly parked in the Hilton parking lot for $36 a day. We parked where the Port authorities told us to park for the $16 a day fee. When confronted, the parking lot attendant backed down, but would only accept cash for our parking. Very suspect!
the port seems to be purposely designed to make you stop at every shop at the end of the pier. It is very hard to navigate and even more difficult to leave.

One of the simplest disembarkation processes I have ever experienced. Being able to leave on your own, early, made the whole process easy. We were able to carry our own luggage and go from stateroom to vehicle in less than 40 minutes.
