Review summary

Was charged extra for free perks. NCL would not help. Told me they could care less and go back and settle with travel agent. They were suppose to be free but had to pay $350 more after booking. Nothing but a con.

No one cares to read anything. They just let others do the work, then act surprised when they get the bill. Lol

Are you talking about the drink package? There are always service fees/gratuity. We always have them take it off as a perk because we don’t drink much. That way we avoid the fees.

If you get the drink package or specialty dining you pay gratuities.
