Overall with fewer than 1600 passengers, the cruise was great. The only over crowded venue was Syd Norman’s Pour House. The Atrium still filled up. We liked the longer itinerary. WiFi remains fair (unreliable connection) and too expensive. NCL remains an overall good value.

Burn the floor was terrific. Syd Norman’s Pour House rock band was very good, and overcrowded needed a larger venue. Other shows were ok to fair.

Ship was only 1/3 full, so there was plenty of staff. Generally, all were well trained and eager to please the passengers.

Ship is getting older, some details in disrepair. Organization around Atrium is poor. Could not have reasonable conversation with ship services including Internet cafe manager, shore excursion, and the other services, due to loud setting on all activities from cruise director’s scheduled activities including games, demonstrations, lessons, music, etc. They have downsized game room and library leaving too little quiet area to read or use internet closer to server.
Cabin / Stateroom

Broken window shade. Sheets did not seem to fit bed, many nights one of us ended up sleeping on part of mattress or some lumpy mattress pad. In general the room was clean and well kept.
Ship tip
Do it. We have been on the Breakaway 3 times and the Getaway 3 times. Would not hesitate to do it again.
Our transatlantic on Breakaway in 2018 was awesome! Enjoyed the ship, the crew, and the entertainment. I would 100% agree with you on Burn the Floor! Awesome show!
