Review summary

Initially the destinations were 4 different islands that I had never been to. Norwegian changed all island destination’s to places ive been to already and there was one less island to visit. Customer service told me the cruiseline does have the right to change the ports of call and refused to provide any price reduction. Been on many cruises and this never happened to me before. First and last time cruising with Norwegian. Holland America was a much better cruise experience….

There supposed to reimburse you for port charges for the island you missed if you were supposed to do 4 islands and you only did 3 norweigen seems to change itinerary more than other cruise lines

It’s a shame about the itinerary changes, but they can happen, they happened to me on a different cruise line and you’re not entitled to any compensation as it’s in the contract that they can do it.

Thanks for the review. Itineraries changes can and do occur often for a variety of reasons. It is not limited to just one Cruise Line.
