Review summary

I was not happy that the ports were changed the only reason I choose to leave out of Miami was because of those ports. If not I could have left out of N.Y which is closer to me. Nonetheless we made the best of it. However I think it is messed up that we went from 4 ports to 3 and the port in Puerto Rico was a joke! We couldn't get off till 430 and almost everything was closed. Unreal! We had the option of 2 places to dine yet couldn't pre-book then we get on the boat and almost IMMEDIATELY everything was full. No reservations. We were able to at least get into 1 restaurant. Just all in all disappointed in that. Last day, we were told we had the purple luggage tags. The letter told us to depart by 845 to get on the bus to the airport however there was no announcement luckily we went down and saw people in line to get off. It was extremely disorganized. This is my 3rd time with Norwegian all 3 times in the Breakaway. This time was very different not very orderly. I love the staff though. They were SUPER KIND AND HELPFUL to the best of there ability.

It is certainly disappointing when there is an itinerary change. Of course we all know that is a real possibility when we book a cruise. Its kind of like the weather. Nobody books hoping for bad weather but we know its possible.

Unfortunately, ports can change. Hope your next sailing goes more smoothly.
