Overall the cruise was great me and my wife had fun. I would definitely go on the Norwegian breakaway again!

The Embarkation customer service was not great! The people that take your luggage hassle you for tips and I pre-paid gratuities. The Norwegian staff when you ask where to go they just point or just say over there instead of giving clear instructions

The Ship was always clean, however on Deck 16 the smoke stack made it unbearable to stay there because of the exhaust.

The overall comfort was good. It had plenty of space for me and my wife.
The port was outstanding. I definitely recommend this port and the 5-1/2 tour to go into the mountains and experience the city. It is well worth it and OH! try the Banana Daiquiri made fresh!
The people who take your luggage don’t work for the cruise lines. So your prepaid gratuities didn’t go to them. Glad you enjoyed your in spite of the hiccups.
