NCL really needs to build a pier for the ship to dock. Tendering most of the time is disorganized and there seems to be a lot of confusion among the staff during our sailing. Island was great! Highly recommend the villas.

Thank you for your review. We were on the Mardi gras and there was a staff shortage. The staff still awesome and very helpful

Expectation high, but sadly disappointed

Staff was overwhelmed. Ship has 22 bars but on 2-3 were open at any time & poorly staffed. The $200 onboard credit was not used for all onboard charges so the $226 bill was unexpected. Diner & show reservations were not honored.
