Review summary

The algorithm rating given of 3.5 do not accurately reflect my cruise .if you can Haven on the Breakaway do it ,they get 10 .0 ,as does the Le Bistro staff, the Cagney's staff and Haven concierge . outside the haven a generous 2. We encountered rudeness and indifference , more often than not ,we were made to feel like we were a bother to them.The bars and Osheean's were especially rude. We booked a spa week pass the pool surfaces were rough, all but one button in jacuzzi was broken. Spa tranquility is non existent with a loud party atmosphere at times. The Breakaway was the worst of my 3 NCL cruises. Which is a shame

The Haven restaurant and Le Bistro were Fsntastic, Cagney's service was great ,food was ok. O'Sheeans was one of my worst cruise experiences ever.

The Haven was fantastic, outside the haven and two specialty restaurants not treated quite so well. Hosts and wait staff rude, bartenders seemed to care less particularly in Osheean's.
