Lousy experience - NCL made 3 last minute changes in itinerary - had to board in Copenhagen instead of Warnemunde (after we were already in Germany), then couldn't dock in Helsinki nor in Stockholm

We were doing back to back cruises - Baltic followed by Transatlantic x Copenhagen. We took this cruise for itinerary. However saw only 2 of 5 ports,with weather blamed. NO good will compensation of any sorts (other cruiselines do to save their patrons). Steward, waiters, and bartenders excellent. Numerous areas need to be reviewed and modified to give patrons a better experience. We are not people to complain, but this was our worst cruise - hostile atmosphere with constant complainers. Needless to say, 8 cruisenext deposits have been cancelled and will be looking at the cruiseline who wants to keep their cliental.

Sorry to hear that the cruise line brought in bad weather just so they could have you miss your ports. Come on people really.

The cruise was a big time disappointment. I will never cruise with Norwegian again.
