Review summary

We try to enjoy 14 day warm vacation in South Caribbean, but it was too much people and some services were not provide very well, give us negative experience for Breakaway ( This is or 3rd time with it. Previous 2 feels very good.), EVEN for NCL.

Our cabin is not cleaned well and aways delay to do the job, It is NOT like FIVE stars Breakaway. This is the bad experience we have ever experienced with Breakaway , NCL and even all other cruises line we had. A lot of people got cough on the ship. We met the people who cough in dinning room, theatre, elevator,... virus spreaded everywhere.

We are in Yellow label of Luggage , but it NOT organized. People need to find their luggage in hounds one in the same color label. This make a lot of old ones feel very nervous. Why not agganged by room number or issue a number for easy to find?

If they organized the luggage by room number or number, it would be just as overwhelming?? Whether it's grouped in Yellow or in Number 523.... it's still organized. I absolutely agree that trying to find your 2 pieces in a sea of 4000 other passengers' luggage can be very overwhelming but color is just as effecient as a letter or number
