Review summary

I have been on Norwegian Breakaway 4 times. Not only do I love it but I have made many friends among the crew. Each time I see them it is like being with family.

The one reason we keep going back is the excellent customer service. They resolve issues immediately and with a smile. It seems like nothing is impossible for them.

When I am on that ship,I am truly happy. My problems seem to disappear, It is my little bit of heaven on earth.

I would recommend Norwegian cruises to anyone.

The only thing that I would improve is the debarkation process. It is very chaotic but then again, with 4,000 to 5,000 passengers on board it is bound to be chaotic.

loved our cruise on the Breakaway, our excursion to The Space Centre was cancelled due to a medical emergency, the money as refunded to our on board account straight away.

We too have been on Breakaway 4 times, going on again in April. Made some great friends at the Atrium and Mixx bars, gotta love that free drink package. Never any issues with anything. Just that some people can be quite rude and pushy. But guess that's what happens when you put 4000 people together with different personalities!

Their excursion desk isn't great. We went to Bermuda right after the hurricane hit and they had us jumping through hoops to get our money back for cancelled excursions. They tell you automatically get your money back but you don't. You have to go up there and argue for a refund....but breakaway is an awesome ship! We love cruising NCL
