Review summary

picking a favorite part of the cruise is like being asked ton choose a favorite child.

impossible. each aspect was so special. i traveled with good friends who highly recommended you, this was my first cruise and i traveled solo. the wide variety of food, entertainment ports of call, your keeping us updated as to daily events of highlights of each port was a hugh bonus. the staff made me feel at home, part of something important to them and made me feel valued. i got very sick the last few days and spent 22 hours p day in my cabin. my room stewart Ryan (room 12407) was like having a caring son, checking in on me often and several times throughout the crusie i ran into box office staff Argenis Rodriguez who always had the time to direct me, ask how I was doing and being very comforting. Both went way beyond their roles.

The seating thru out the ship was very unomfortable if i must find fault, the seating in the theater has a bar at the rear, the seating in the atriuim is too deep for comfort forcing you to pillow up etc but should be an easy fix.

thank you for well thought out plans for our every needs and a super caring staff.

as a business you can put wonderful things in place but controlling staff is another matter. my "beach" hat goes off to Ryan my room steward who looked after me like a loving son and Argenis Rodriquez box office went out of his way to make me feel like i was getting personal service.. My "millions of questions" seemed to all fall on his ears and he was a delight. Patient, listening caring.
