Review summary

Cigarette smell in ship. Beautiful water. Ports smoking restrictions were great! Plan on an hour wait for everything. Bring a watch. Disappointed compared to other ships. Minimum cost for taxi rides per person were $40 no negotiating below the price. Behind the scenes tour was extremely expensive for a ship attraction. Everything is $ on ship. 10 photos for only prints ($160). They had great laundry deals/price and folded very well. Buy a specialty dining pass package ahead of time. The steak and Italian was not worth the price.

Not enough entertainment during rain days. Had to get to Atrium and Theatre very early to get a seat.

Gemil, our housekeeping person was great! Many of the other crew member struggled with English.

You could smell the cigarette smoke, Seats very uncomfortable in Theatre. Touchscreens did not work and had to wait in line at guest services for 45 minutes. Room cards ink ran off cards with (hand sanitizer/sun screen) had to get 3 cards from guest services.

Shower hose needed to be longer and more electrical outlets.

Ship tip

Japanese was very entertaining going.

If you are their on a wednesday visit the Pina colada founing place before 5pm they are closed after. The National Park service free shuttle and forts provide a great view for about $14 combined.

I'm a non smoker and spent a lot of time in the casino over Christmas and I didn't think the smell of cigarette smoke was all that bad. Nor was it that bad outside by the pool. And I'm the kind of person who if you light up next to me, I'll walk away; not to be an arrogant ass, but because the smoke makes my eyes itch and tear.

Yes the casino in the middle of the ship made the ship smell of smoke. But also they smoked around the pool. They have a area for smokers by the pool but they never stayed inside

The gamblers I met on board were on there for free. They said they never paid for their cruises as long as they gambled. And yes, the casino did stink and permeated areas near it on the ship. Didn't smell it anywhere else on board. But it was really gross by the casino. Felt like I was breathing in cancer.

I have to disagree that they "cater to smokers"..there aren't that many places to have a cigarette , but if you gamble a ton you'll get huge discounts.

I agree the ship caters to smokers and Gamblers . I thought the specialty restaurants were good.

lol I will agree with the Italian restaurant but I'm sure some people like it it's just different thank got for Uber screw the taxi and a ship with 4000 guests idk a half hour is bad just saying if you say a hour it's probably half that

$40 for a cab ride...how dare they! Glad to know with all your money spent, that at least the laundry service was good! Hope you have a better experience next time!

Oh boy ! Sounds like a horrible time ..I would've demanded my money back !! Damn those smokers ! And damn the cruise line all together for charging for pictures !! 😣 better bring my own camera & a gas mask !!!!!!!
