Review summary

the cruise ship was gorgeous but when we were out at sea there were not much to do, and it got pretty boring. The food was delicious everywhere and everyone was so kind and helpful expect guest services, they were horrible and had a bad attitude like we were interupting their day.

I am surprised that you have complaints with Guest services. My experience with them exceeded my expectations. I had two concerns that I had to bring to Guest service while on board the BREAKAWAY. When we boarded the ship at 10:30a.m., we viewed the CCTV and I noticed that the promised stateroom credits did not show on my account. When that oversight was brought to their attention, it was resolved. I received courteous, prompt attention. The night before disembarking, I got a printout of my account, noticed the errors, brought them to their attention and they were resolved to my satisfaction. I suggest that you write a letter to NCL headquarters and be detailed and specific about the issues that you encountered while on board the BREAKAWAY. Be sure to include when, where, and whomever you experienced dissatisfaction with. Headquarters would rather work with you on a satisfactory resolution to the problems that you encountered than lose a customer. Trust me, I have done it before. It works.

I agree. Guest services was the only bad service on the whole ship. We dealt with a few different people there and they were all the same.

I was on the Breakaway October 18-25 and they had shows and activities scheduled all day every day from 9am-1:30am. The customer service I got was excellent

That seems to be a common theme I am seeing about guest services. 😕
