Amazing ship. Beautiful, lots to do, clean, and friendly staff. The food is good but not exceptional. Our steak at Cagney's was fantastic, however. The addition of the Observation deck is a plus for a quiet, relaxing place to be and still enjoy a view. I feel the staff was some of the friendliest and helpful on NCL cruise line.

Great experience. Wouldn't go in the bliss again in the Caribbean but would hands down take it to Alaska.

This was my first cruise, so I have nothing to compare it to. That being said, based on this experience, I probably won’t cruise again. The ship was very nice and clean, and our mid-ship balcony cabin was bigger than I thought it would be. The problem I had was with the lack of staff...the waiting in line for our included drinks was ridiculous. No matter where we were in the ship, there was ALWAYS a wait. It was frustrating. The pool area is way too small for the size of the ship and it was a race to get to the pool area early to get deck chairs. Not relaxing at all. I mostly felt like I spent a lot of our week trying to stay one step ahead. The food was really good and all the dining areas were clean and mostly well staffed.

I would cruise again but make sure to get a quieter room-away from the night club. I might try Celebrity because I want to relax versus having 890 activities thrown in my face every day.

Fun fast friendly....7 days is never long enough. Often times the problems are with other passengers not the crew.

Sailed the Bliss Jan 12-19th . First time on NCL , but have cruised several times before . Group of 8 age 14-55 . After reading so many reviews I was skeptical but We were pleasantly surprised . For so many passengers they handle crowds very well there are many small venues (entertainment and dining ) so people spread out pretty nicely no issues with waits or lines . The entertainment rotates so even though the venues are small there are multiple opportunities to see the same show or music . Main pool deck gets very crowded but if you like quieter areas to sit you can find them . People do hog chairs early and we did not see 30 min rule enforced. Service was good not great - nothing bad its just the waitstaff in both specialty and main dining are very busy . Not the traditional cruise get to know you and make you feel special kind of attention . The ship is beautiful clean very well kept . Entertainment was great my kids Loved the Beatles saw them 3 times , Cavern club is small so go early ! Jersey boys was awesome . Havana was good dancing and singing just didnt enjoy as much as the others . Getting on and off ship very easy . The port Of Miami is very busy so make sure to factor 30-45 min extra for traffic around port for both arrival and departure . Ports were so easy on and off gangway . Specialty dining was just good again not great - more like having restaurant options but I would not call them specialty like we have experienced on other lines and I think expensive for not getting the extra special feeling with great food . Now not usually a buffet fan but the Garden cafe was really good , clean and many options ( healthy and not so healthy ) The staff and service there were great ! There are alot of up-charges . This was the most I paid upfront for a cruise and the largest onboard expenses we have had . Laser tag and go karts were really fun but costs adds up for a family with 4 kids . We did plan ahead for dining / entertainment and once on board the attractions etc but We felt that having so many reservations isnt really “freestyle” . We enjoyed the Thermal spa very nice - only con was that its a very big open space and its supposed to be a quiet area but people talked like they were around the pool deck so it got loud when you wanted to relax . Lastly , which i know its hard to control but more as an fyi Kids got GI bug probably norovirus a few hours after we got off-ship and have read since multiple passengers were sick as well ! It all worked out and i was glad we had done our research! We had a wonderful vacation and nothing to complain about .Enjoy !!

Would highly recommend Norwegian Cruise Lines and of course the Bliss. Already booked our next years' cruise on the Epic. Looking forward to it already.

Anyone go on bliss do yourself a favor . See bartenders Ida and Bryant , Sam . They are the best ever . Usually in Spice . They were our tenders every night . If I could ever find out what ships they were on . I would only take cruises they were on

Cruised a lot, but first time on NCL. Will definitely cruise NCL again. Fun week. Great memories. On this cruise, I traveled solo. Studio cabins are great. Liked the extra security of using key card to enter Studio cabin area from hallways. (Not just anyone can wander in that area of ship...decks 10-12 forward)

The Bliss is well worth the trip. We would cruise on her again anytime.

El Barco esta bien,comodo, pero no tan lindo como esperaba.la comida y el Servicio muy bien,pero faltaban lugares de estar sin costo extra,como pizzeria o Cafeterias en Otros Barcos.el Director de actividad casi no se vio,y el daba poca ingormacion antes de las llegadas a los puertos. El Internet Caro y Muy Malo. Se cortaba mucho y no hacian caso a los reclamos. Faltaban shows en Vivo (solo tres) , y la habitacion (balcony) mas chica que en otros Barcos...

Not enough pools! And a 15 ppl smoking area on a boat with 4000 ppl. Otherwise Amazing

Just OK. Ship already showing wear and tear and not even a year old. NCL is masterful and nickel and diming. Staff service generally very friendly but often times painfully slow. Poorest internet experience ever on a ship after paying nearly $400 for it. Suffered an fairly severe injury on Tortola and the medical staff was far more concerned about collecting money than providing a service. Zero follow up from the doctor or staff and when I went back because of an oozing knee the first thing I was informed of was that bandaids are $1.50 - this after spending $600 on the initial care. LOL... done with NCL. They are nowhere near whom they consider their competitors.

We sailed for Christmas week. It was absolutely amazing. Very good organization despite 4000 passengers on board. Never crowded as it was on carnival horizon this summer. Very tasty food. Bad point : impossible to reserve a dining specialty. It was full.

Excellent until disembarkation. New terminal must address this.

A solid 4 out of 5 stars is what I would give our cruise on the Norwegian Bliss. The ship was amazing, I think it was one of the newer, if not the newest in the fleet. It mostly lives up to that flagship status with some of the highlights being the food (go to Cagney's if you can afford it), the ship amenities (go karts are 100% worth it if you are a fast driver, slides are a blast, and the waterfront was also an awesome inclusion), and the overall energetic and positive vibe around. We even had one of the crew members become sort of a celebrity with his iconic washy washy song played all throughout the ship. However, there were some areas where our vacation fell short of expected. Getting everything planned for the trip was an absolute hassle as booking for most things (shows, specialty restaurants, go karts, and laser tag) required you to get to the ship as early as possible and wait in long lines. It turned out you could reserve these through certain TVs around the boat and your cabin as well, but this wasn't directly told to the passengers. The hassle could of easily been fixed if this information was distributed better to the passengers or just have passengers book online. In addition, the cruise skipped the port of Nassau due to high winds, but the blame doesn't go on NCL for that. I would for sure take a cruise on the Bliss again, but would hope that many of the organizational issues would be fixed before then.

Room 10188 I usually do not give 5 stars because everyone can improve at something. However, Norwegian really went above and beyond for us on this trip. The airline lost one of our bags claimed they would get it to us before the ship set sail. Well...that didn’t happen. We spoke with customer service on the ship when we boarded to explain the issue we had. They gave us a few T-Shirts, toiletries and free laundry until we received our bags. They didn’t have to do this however I’m glad they did. We finally received our bags on Tuesday night, we set sail Saturday so it was a rough start but they helped us manage with what clothes we had and took care of getting the bag from the airport in St.Thomas to our room. Other than the bag issue we really enjoyed NCL. It was our first with them. The variety of food options and the freestyle dining was awesome in my opinion. Food overall was great. We had the 3 specialty dinning package. We went to the Q, Teppanyaki and los lobos. All 3 were really good. If you plan to do any of these you better make the appointments for them early, like the first or second day or you’ll loose out. We didn’t hang out around the main pool. It was crazy crowded and lots of kids on the cruise. We went to the adult area everyday and really liked that. If it got hot you had rain head/ get wet area that you could cool off in. I do wish it would have had a small pool for the area. Really liked the go carts. They were a lot of fun. The times fill up quick on those as well so book early. I hate they cost but it wasn’t that bad and was worth it. I do feel like some of the other cruise lines put more emphasis on learning your name and the cruise director being more into making your time great. This is probably the first cruise in many years that I couldn’t tell you the cruise directors name. For some this isn’t a big deal and it’s not really I just like that extra touch. Overall the cruise was great and we would cruise with NCL again.

This ship is absolutely amazing. All of the specialty dining is amazing and the kids camp was wonderful!!!
