I am not pleased at what I got and what I paid for and what I did not receive. Very unhappy. I would like someone to call me so I can go over all that went wrong. Thank you

Not a good ship for 10 years old and below. Not enough activities at all.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Go Kart crew tried stealing our airpods that my son left in his go kart seat. We had to go back and demand them. Unacceptable

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Ship was nice

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
It was small but that was expected. It was cleaned daily at 12noon. So we made sure to be out of the room at this time.

Ship tip

Plan every single minute of your trip with entertainment or shows or something. Because there is not much else to do but eat and drink. Pools during winter cruises are too cold.

Thre was nobody telling us where to go. Tere was no where to go outside of the elevators. Too many people, too much luggage. It was bad. And the Captain took 1 hr to open the doors. We waited forever.

Couldn't be more wrong about kids. There is a place a deck five just for kids and teens.

@karter81 I hear you on Ensenada, we were really disappointed but on the flip side our travel insurance pays out £150pp for each missed port so that’ll soften the blow. Also we got a great deal on a balcony cabin with thermal suite access and the thermal suite really was a godsend, I might have felt differently if we didn’t have that. Hope your next cruise is better.

Javawoody, I know they don't read this. I have already sent them my problems we had. other people didn't have problems. Good for them. But many of us did. And lets be honest, they don't give a damn about peoples comments or gripes or complaints.

Dumfy75 Gave it a 1 star for missing Ensenada because you are 100% correct, we did not get off the boat because supposedly the water was rough. Um Hello, that is what these ships get paid to do and can handle. In fact, carnival cruise was right behind us the entire trip and they disembarked in our place at the port. How do I know, because our friends were on that ship! And the Go Karts, oh i'm over telling the whole story. Short version - My kid lost them in the seat of a kart. He went back 3-5 minutes later and asked if they could look in the kart he was in. They told him NO, keep better care of your belongings. He then came back to us with this info. My wife and I both went and talked to the employee who told him this. I had a pic of the kart # he was in. I told the employee which kart. The employee didnt even go to the kart # I provided. He went straight to the paddock (we watched entire event unflold), stopped the cars on the track (employees were in the karts racing) and asked the employee in one of the karts to hand the airpods over. He knew where they were and who had them. Figure it out for yourself. They wanted to keep them but when pressed by us, they gave them back. I'm happy we got them back. All good. And yes, maybe cruises are not for me. But I had to try. I'm just giving an honest review of how it went. It wasn't all that bad. Just not for me.

I was on the same cruise. We got everything we were supposed to have included with no issues (free at sea drinks and dining and thermal suite access). For once it was a really well organised disembarkation, or it was at the point when we were getting off anyway. We didn’t manage to dock at Ensenada due to weather, so don’t know why you gave it 1 star. And how do you know they were stealing your son’s belongings when you said yourself he left them and you had to go and ask for them back? Do you class it as stealing when they don’t come looking for you and you have to go ask yourself?
