Review summary

It was a good cruise. I probably will not cruise this size ship again myself. It was too big and crowded for my taste. Not enough days to really enjoy all the venues and activities due to number of people mostly. Couldn’t get a seat in the casino unless you were willing to be in the smoking room.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Good food, nothing outstanding . First cruise I actually lost weight on .

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Venues always booked out. Not enough seats for the number of cruisers. The adult pools and hot tubs were drained . Hard to find seats anywhere on the ship.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Hard to tell when you couldn’t get in to see them.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Service was good as always . Except the staff is way overworked because not enough to help everyone. I never got a drink served to me. I had to go to the bar and wait in line every time .

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Elevators took forever . My husband in a wheelchair made it extra long waits. Took forever to get from one end of the ship to the other . The common areas so over crowded at dinner time and on sea days you could hardly pass through at times. The ship was clean and beautiful in most areas. Didn’t find 2 of the bars and a restaurant till the last 2 days. 5 days was not enough time to see this whole ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
This was an accessible cabin so it was huge. Clean and in good repair. The balcony (aft)was always covered in soot from the engines . Otherwise it was very nice.

Ship tip

If you don’t like pot smokers beware. The staff seem to turn a blind eye and it’s everywhere. Be prepared to wait for everything. Don’t bother with nice clothes because no one , and I mean only my husband and I bothered to dress for dinner.

Ports of call

Disembarkation

This was fantastic . Wheelchair made it quick and painless

Traveler Photos

This is when the diners decide the no hats in the dining room doesn’t pertain to them once they reach the table. Cabo anchored with the 4 other ships that followed us the whole cruise . Got to see the cake on first day before it was cut !
