Overall this was a fun cruise. Staff was attentive. Good was good. Cabin was comfortable and cleaned every day. Service and food in Cagney's and Le Bistro we're great!

The food was good food us. Lots of variety in the buffet. Staff was helpful. We are one meal in the mdr which was very good with excellent service

We didn't spend much time at the pool. I was really disappointed in the bartenders and drinks there. There were plenty of chairs for lounging

Jersey Boys and Six were great. Loved the performances, costumes and staging of both shows

We had a great room steward. Bartenders in The Cellar were excellent. Champagne was easy to get.

Club level balcony. Bathroom was big. Shower was awesome. We had plenty of room for storage. Balcony was plenty big enough for two people

Book your specialty restaurants ahead of time. Use the touchscreens be the elevators to book shows

This was a real mess. I know the ship had difficulty clearing customs which delayed everything. The line to walk off was so, so long. Also our ship card did not work in the morning to get coffee. We had to go to guest services to reactivate the card. I've never experienced this before

I am not pleased at what I got and what I paid for and what I did not receive. Very unhappy. I would like someone to call me so I can go over all that went wrong. Thank you
