Embarkation was good with the exception of the parking situation at the berth. We were sent several miles away to park.

There was a few hickups in this area. It was very hard to know what you had to sign up for and what you didn't. We had a few frustrations in this area.

The parking situation was terrible. Parking miles away from the berth was inconvenient. There was only 1 courtesy shuttle running when we arrived back at port which caused us to have to pay $26 for a taxi.

We had the best time in Cabo San Lucas. Great excursion experiences and tour leaders!!

Ensenada, Mexico Did not visit port

Although we understand the weather was bad and safety was an issue. This was a big disappointment to our family and others on the cruise. Especially when you only have 2 port of calls.

Disembarkation

My son was pulled aside which we never really got an actual explanation as to why. This held up our departure and caused chaos with the whole family.

I am not pleased at what I got and what I paid for and what I did not receive. Very unhappy. I would like someone to call me so I can go over all that went wrong. Thank you
