Drink package not all it's sold to me. Does not include water and soda is almost impossible to get

I'm sorry your experience was a it was. My husband and I are working on our 3rd cruise now and figured out that if you want the most enjoyable trip, go off peek travel times. Decide what the most important things are to you on each and choose packages based on that. I do hope you try again.

Just an FYI. Eating at the buffet likely had nothing to do with you getting covid. There is an incubation period between the time you contract the virus and when you begin to feel sick. You could have even boarded the ship already infected with covid. Sorry you got sick. Try another cruise and choose a lower demand time and I think you'll find your crowd experience feels different.

All of these bad reviews, especially the food comments and the crowds tells me to stay away from this type of cruises. My first ever cruise was on the 2200 pax Norwegian Sun in 2015. I thought that was crowded but I will say the food was really, really good. I don't remember paying extra for specialty resturants but that may not of been that way then.
