Over all we had the best cruise experience! We also went to Jamaica. We did the white River tubing excursion. We all loved it.

We embarked in Los Angeles. The cruise port was under construction, therefore it was a temporary tent embarkation process. It was put together to make an easy process, the problem was guests refused to listen & follow instructions. That made the process take longer & be frustrating.

Onboard Activities

We spent most of our time in the pool & sunning areas. The walking track on 17 & 8 were both awesome. We always found a lounger. We also loved the thermal spa.
Entertainment

The shows we saw in the Bliss theater were all great. The Beatles show in the Cavern Club was awesome as well. All the bands preforming all over the ship were also fantastic. The DJ’s were great too, awesome mix of music.
Service and Staff

Excellent service regardless of time or venue were great. Elmer at the outside Cavern bar is amazing!! Out steward Ryan on deck 15 was simply wonderful every day. Washy, washy friends and all servers were friendly & helpful.
Ship Quality

Loved the design of the ship. The Observation Deck is great. From the bar & bartenders to the lovely light breakfast and lunch. The space is amazing with beautiful comfy loungers & chairs to the beautiful windows & views.
Cabin / Stateroom

Loved our cabin. It was extremely clean & comfortable. We had the spa amenities & huge bathroom. The shower is amazing! The bed was very comfy, and storage cabinets great. Only thing I didn’t love was the closet. Definitely not enough hanging room for us.
Ship tip
Definitely book your specialty dining reservations and the tickets to the big shows in the theater as soon as you can. Also book the shore excursions as soon as you decide what you really want to do. If you bring paperback books consider donating to the paperback section in the library. You need to make reservation to drive the cars. If you find great service tip your people, they all work so hard. Remember to have a great time and bounce with little things that aren’t perfect!
The disembarkation process was very slow and seemingly unorganized. When we finally got off the boat after standing in line for over an hour & a half. Getting through customs went quickly. The bus process to take you to the airport was horrible, stood in line for another 45 min. It seemed like the problem was the many, many people that were taking excursions because of late flights out of Miami. Total mass confusion. Save yourself a ton of time & take your own taxi.
