Review summary
It was an okay value for a cruise. Having been on other lines, I felt like NCL was finding little ways to squeeze more money out of me. The fees on the “everything included” package added hundreds more to the price. With specialty dining taking up prime viewing locations on the ship, it means either you squeeze into the observation lounge with the rest of the ship or pay to get a little peace and quiet. I think it’s a nice experience for some, but my personality prefers more decorum and respect for personal space. I probably would have done better in the Haven, but it cost thousands more for a room. The staff were exceptional. The food was beautifully prepared.Embarkation

Ship tip
This is one step up from Carnival. Introverts should consider Holland or Celebrity in the same price bracket.
