The best cruise we've taken! We definitely hope we can book in the Haven again, and we would definitely enjoy sailing on the Bliss again!
Embarkation
5 out of 5
We had to wait to get into the building for check-in but it wasn't bad at all. We were the first Haven guests to check in so relaxing in the waiting lounge until we were escorted up to the Haven was very enjoyable.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The Haven dining room is the best of the best! The food and service was incredible and we loved dining there. We did two special dining restaurants, Cagney's and Ocean Blue, both of which were wonderful too. We did eat at the American Diner after embarkation so we could enjoy the lobster sliders; they were great!
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We did not do any of the activities other than the Haven pool and hot tub; this was just a relaxing cruise for us.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Our favorites were the Beatles show, Jersey Boys, the comedian show, magician show and the show by the singer Breanna Faulk. Every one was so good!
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
We cannot say enough wonderful things about the service and staff onboard the Bliss. Everyone was incredible, particularly those in the Haven area. We felt like a king and queen in paradise. Every single person from the server staff (a big shout out to our lovely hostess Loura Surigao) to our steward (Cecilio Ogerio), butler (Oliver Barbosa) and concierge (Gian Zuasula) worked so hard and made our trip so memorable. When we left the ship we felt like we were leaving family behind.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The Bliss was very clean and is such a beautiful ship. We felt very safe that it was always being cleaned and well-maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Our cabin was very spacious and never felt small at all. The bed was so comfortable. We loved all the storage areas, and the beautiful bathroom which was also spacious. The sink and shower areas were great, and I enjoyed having the tub too.
Ship tip
Book the Haven if you can; it's the best of the best!
We had a great time at Las Caletas! There was so much to do but we also did some relaxing on the beautiful beach. The lunch served was so good! And the show on the boat back to the ship was so much fun!
The beach resort getaway was so enjoyable. We relaxed at one of the beautiful pools, had a very good buffet lunch, walked on the beach and also enjoyed one of the hot tubs.
We did the Baja Highlights tour. I was very excited to visit the glass factory and it definitely didn't disappoint. What a beautiful little place that was so colorful and filled with amazing glass works of art. I came home with a lot of them! Then we stopped at the Mona Lisa Sunset Restaurant for a beverage. The views from the patio area were unbelievable; we were atop a cliff that overlooked the beach and we could see the Bliss and the Jewel anchored in the beautiful blue water. The town we then stopped at was a very lovely and colorful area filled with lots of shops and eateries to enjoy.
Our disembarkation could not have gone smoother. Being in the Haven and having our concierge escort us directly off the ship was one of the best perks. We really felt like royalty and enjoyed being able to disembark the ship early and quickly.
