Review summary

The cruise was wonderful. The customer service on the ship made up for the NCL call center screw up. Go Haven once and you will love it.

Embarkation

Hotel reservation through NCL was messed up, transfer from air port to hotel was messed up. We prepaid for transfer from air port to the hotel. Pre paid for hotel too. All were through NCL. NO ONE at air port to take us to the hotel, called NCL, they were closed. So I took a cab to a hotel across from the ship and paid for the only room they had left. Come to find out, the last customer rep from NCL that I spoke to canceled all the transfers and hotel, after I called to check on the reservationsca few weeks before the cruise. Since we were across the street, we walked across the street, dropped off our bags, ate breakfast, walked to the Haven waiting area. NCL phone customer service stinks. I did get to speak the the representative and she was horrible. I spent over 10k for a Haven room, and was not having a good time.

Or cabin was super. The butler was super. The person that cleans the room was super. Room was always cleaned, clothes were unpacked and put away. The is worth Haven every penny
