Review summary

The only issue I have is we were told when we purchased this cruise we would have free WiFi on the cruise and we didn't. They wanted to sell us a internet package on board but we didn't.

We've never had issues with the "free" wi-fi, other than it being slow. If you had the freebie that came with the "Free At Sea" promotion, it was likely only 250 minutes. You have to log out after you're done using it, or your timer will keep ticking. We sailed with someone who logged on when they boarded, and then were quite chagrined in the morning to discover they had no wi-fi left for the entire cruise.

Only free wifi is onboarding app for ship info. Did you get info from NCL ir independent booking agent. No free wifi except for Haven, I believe.
