Review summary
This was an exceptional cruise and ship. Staff were very professional and happy throughout. If I was to have a criticism, it would be that a couple of the staff on the last day of the cruise seemed to be over it and the service, speed of service and friendly smiles seemed to be less important. This was at the Maltings Whiskey Bar and the NCL Souvenir Gift Shop. The Casino wait staff was somewhat lacking in speed of beverage service but overall the Casino was great and we spent plenty of time there. Be patient at the elevators. There are 4000 people using them! Plenty of storage in the room and especially under the bed for suitcases. Specialty dining and Main Dining Rooms were great! Buffets, also very good throughout the cruise. Overall, a great cruise that I would definitely recommend to anyone.Embarkation

Ship tip
You will be impressed with the ship and staff throughout. Take your time on disembarkation day. This was the longest line of the entire trip so don't rush and be patient.
