Review summary

I was very unhappy on this cruise regarding my room choice and itinerary changing. I spoke to the front desk at the end of the trip and Ana Margarida Felix Da Costa told me I should have brought it to their attention at the beginning of the cruise. Also, some of the food in the buffet was served cold on more than one occasion.

Ship tip

Check where your room is located because it can be uncomfortable. We had an ocean view on the bridge and we couldn't enjoy it because Norwegian employees were outside and they also had a sign that they need you to close the curtains in the evening because of lighting.

The itinerary was changed and we did not cruise Sawyer glaciers. I was disappointed. I found out the day of the trip that we would not be going because too many ships in the area. I enjoyed the Ketchikan Duck Tour. The tour guide was hilarious.

We did the Mendenhall-Glacier Explorer. At the end of the trial, I was able to see a waterfall which was beautiful.

Did you choose a ship away choice where the cruise line only guarantees you have a cabin? Cruise lines do say their intinerary can change at the last minute

Haven't been on the Bliss. We were on Celebrity Solstice and it was wonderful. This is back in 2015.
