Review summary

Solo disabled on cane. Very difficult . Crew appeared fatigued after day two. Lots of staff standing around at times, no offers to help me. It would take me three trips to get all my stuff, often it was bussed off table before I even had a chance to eat.

Ship tip

Buffet very large track ing solo staff were bussing my food before I even got started. Complaints had no effect on service, robot bussers, just looking for unintended plates.

I also use a cane. Was on the 8/25 cruise. Crew could not have been more helpful. Even found us dining in the buffet.

Odd. My wife uses a cane as well and on other NCL cruises staff has always volunteered to assist. If not, we asked and were provided assistance without problem. If this becomes a problem look for the people in white uniforms to let them know.

That is why I had meals in MDR. They bring the food to you.
