Review summary

Beautiful ship. Staff very friendly, supportive, and helpful. Very happy overall. Definitely love Norwegian Cruise Lines. The time at each port was shorter than other cruises, maybe because it is such a large ship and slower than the others. So much to do on the ship, you never really need to leave it. But missing out on Alaska and the Yukon would be tragic.

Beautiful ship. A little concerned with all the elevators, the Garden Buffet was located close to one set of elevators and with up to 4000 people, makes it very difficult to get on an elevator when using a wheelchair. Many people would get on the elevator in a hurry and without fail, would have to wait up to 5-10 minutes to get onto the next available car.

Even though the couch bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the room was fantastic.

Ship tip

Book your state room closest to the Garden Buffet if you are handicapped. Hallways are very narrow and difficult to navigate with staff cleaning carts are in the hallway.
