We LOVE the trip! BEAUTIFUL summarize in one word. The service is exceptional phenomenal. I can't give 5 stars for the reasons mentioned and has to be above and beyond.

Love the food and varieties option at Ledo, howeve, the service at fine dining room is very slow, 2 and 1/2 hour dining is too long.

Love the trivia, origami, The rolling stone band, major 4th, step 1, kids club,. Only comedian Jimmy is terrible, 1st night is tolerable, 2nd night is trash.

We received outstanding service! However, we lost a backpack from debarking! Transfered a pink tag from ship to the airport in Anchroage could not be found. we did file a lost paperwork form. Still waiting to hear back. We have valuable items inside including souvenirs bought from ship and excursions and plenty of expensive clothes.

The design of the hideaway bed is terrible layout. I hit my head every night!. The sofa bed is not comfy at all.

Advice guests to bring binoculars instead of purchase.
The crew lost or misplaced one of our backpack (pink tag) transferred from the ship to the Anchorage Alaska Airport. We still haven't heard! Did filed the paperwork.
