A once-in-a-lifetime visit to the Majestic Mountains of Alaska.Embarkation
I did not care for the Baggage check-in. They were taking my bags away before I finished unloading our transport so could get a final count of my bags. It turned out that one was left on the van.

Food and Dining
We ate at all the restaurants onboard and I have to give high ratings to both the food and staff. The food was delicious, and the staff greeted us by name and were very attentive throughout the whole meal. Excellent job all around.

Service and Staff
Our room stewards were excellent, they made up our suite in the morning and turned the beds down in the evening. Kudos to them. The wait staff were also excellent in all the restaurants.
Ship Quality
Layout was confusing at first, but the maps and direction arrows by the elevator helped us navigate our way around the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom
Nothing but high praise for the suite. It was very spacious inside and was kept spotless by our stewards. We did not take advantage of the kitchen except for the refrigerator. There was one major complaint is the shower. After setting the water temperature and letting it run for a minute, after getting in and a couple minutes later, the temperature shot up to scalding and almost slipped and fell trying to turn the shower head away. It was so dangerous; we did not use it the rest of the cruise.
Ports of call
We took the catamaran boat to view the glacier up close. That along was well worth every penny. We were able to see about 30 sea lions just bathing on the rocks on shore. Would recommend to everybody.

Was not able to do the tour we booked (Gold Panning) because the location had changed and was not wheelchair accessible. Because we cancelled the day prior, we only received a partial refund.

While we do an after-cruise tour, it was cold and wet to thoroughly enjoy it. Our tour operator was very informative.
Disembarkation
We were First Priority so were able to disembark at our leisure from 8:00-9:30am
