The organized embarkation & disembarkation made the cruise enjoyable from beginning to end.

Cruise staff did not burden passengers with constant announcements.

Room service was the difficult to work with.

Don't hurray or fight for seats in the crows nest. The ship spends well over an hour there and you can have the bow of the ship almost to your self after an hour, plenty of time to get pictures.
