Review summary

The ship was beautiful. Everything new and gleaming. This was about my 6th or seventh cruise with HAL and it gets better and better all the time

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was A1 and the service was excellent. After the first day the waiter knew that I like cappuchino after dinner and I never had to order it. He brought it himself.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
There was always plenty to do. The lectures were very informative.the art auction was very interesting and instructive. You couldnt ask for anything more. The movies were good and the casino was top-notch

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff really went above and beyond. When you stood still for a moment someone came and asked if you needed help. Everyone was smiling and willing to help you in any way.The room steward was excellent

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The size was just right, not overpopulated, although it was sold out.Everwhere were people cleaning and polishing

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
My suite was perfect. Clean and roomy and all the amenities I would want.

Ports of call

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

5 out of 5
We did not have much time for sightseeing, as we bought lots of jewelry, which I alway buy there. The prices are unbelievable.

Bridgetown, Barbados

5 out of 5
Bridgetown is beautiful but the highlight was the beach where we spent about 1 hour. The water is warm and great to swim in.
Don't Miss: The beach

Tortola, British Virgin Islands

5 out of 5
This was the second time I was there. The first time I swam with the dolphins, which was a once in a lifetime experience and this time I took a tour up to the mountains which is also not to be missed
Don't Miss: The dolphins

Roseau, Dominica

5 out of 5
I also took the tour there. Roseau id beautiful but there is too much poverty

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

5 out of 5
I had been in St Maarten several times. There is a restaurant nearoI forgot the name.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

5 out of 5
There was not much time in PR but long enough to stroll through the old town which is beautifully revitalized.
Don't Miss: The old town

Pros: Everything

Cons: That it ended
