Food was generally good. Servers were very good in Main dining (Assisi & Ali Table 328) & at Lido.
Regular coffee was “so so”.
Dutch Kitchen 1853 drip coffee was great.
Ice cream was excellent.

BB King & Rolling Stone venues had great musicians. Others just OK.

Front desk as just ok.
Always crowded & not that helpful.
Had a significant noise problem from BB King lounge below in room 4074 every night from bass booming sounds in room from 8:30 - 11:15 PM each night.
Complained & was told no other similar rooms available for transfer. This wasn’t true as neighbor in 4070 raised enough cane after I complained, they were moved to Vista class room. I was four star, they were two star.

Thank you for the detailed review. It sounds like you had a great cruise other than the room location/noise situation. I’m sorry to hear HAL wasn’t able to resolve that for you. I spend most of my time when booking agonizing over cabin location. I generally keep two levels above or below me between the well traveled decks and several cabins between my cabin and the elevator. Hope that helps. Enjoy your next cruise!
