Overall great trip but be prepared for a lot of walking which was great in these ports.

Very easy except Rome port has a transit station where busses will take you (and your luggage!) to the pier. There are taxis standing there that have clearance to go thru the checkpoint for 50euro per carload.

Waiters, room stewards and most ship personnel were excellent. Many people, including ourselves, had many issues with the guest service desk on board. They were not helpful.

Could have have a better bar area on the top deck that had the best view.
Beautiful. Be prepared for a difficult access to the town area. You need to take a cable car or a donkey to get up and down. In the afternoon there was an 1.5hour wait to take the cable car back to the tender pier.
