We really enjoyed this cruise, our room was clean staff was very helpfull and friendly, we really had the feeling that we are special guests for Holland America line.

The staff was very friendly. After this cruise we participated on another cruise, and compering the two cruise, Holland America line staff was much more friendly. Sometime we had a feeling that the staff is overtired, especially in the restaurant, but they still tried to smie. In the Casino, Elina and Benn was very friendly, helpfull. The Tour guide - independent tour information was very good, great information provided.

Also compering to other cruise lines, our roo was outstanding, and our room attentants was very friendly, infomrative, polite, and our room was very clean all the time. Wayan and Henky was very kind all the time, always smiley, and very polite. On all day they asked if we need anithing else, also about our days, they gave great service. One time their supervisor was also there, He also asked about our overall satisfaction. We really felt special ourself there.

Ship tip
Our overall satisfaction is we extremly satisfied. By the way, productivity point of you, we feel that to serve drinks by the table durind breakfest, and lunch is not really necessary. We understood the point, you want to provide great service, but this is really a self service restaurant. Compering with other cruise lines, the staff was must better on this ship. We are travelling a lot, this was a first time with Holland America line, but deffinetly not the last. We would be able to enjoy more activities, but we also understanding, that mainly older people are travelling with you, and they dont really need dancing programs :)
