My wife & I were looking forward to this Holland America cruise for months. Unfortunately the cruise did not live up to Holland America's reputation.

Wait staff, room staff 5 star service

Spa area needs its own separate area. Did not seem exclusive. Ship was very clean, elevators fast

Mini refrigerator was not working on day 1, did not replace it. AC did not work properly. A couple different days the shower regulator was not operating properly
