All the culinary experiences were remarkable. The Main Dining Room was always remarkable and the presentation of the food was impecable. The sepciality restraunts were great to experience while the buffet area was always a pleasure to go through.

Our room stewards demonstrated daily, their passion and loyality to Holland America. ARI and Gustine made our stay tremendous and the main reason we will take another cruise. Mert Alkai of guest services, was patient and professional as he constantly proved to be a solution provider.

We did Panama Transit on the same ship in 2019. Florida to SanDiego but our ports were a bit different. We loved the entire experience. Huatulco MX was an unexpected lovely beach day just off the pier. HAL is our favorite line to sail with. The MDR food is consistently outstanding in preparation, taste & presentation. HAL is not for everyone, but that’s ok. Happy to hear you enjoyed your cruise.

We loved Nieuw Amsterdam when we were on but our ports were much different. Could you please fill in your profile and add some pictures? You must have pictures from all your ports. Hope you got to go to the Dive-In . Around the pool area. Hotdogs, French fries and the best Hamburgs you’ll ever have. All delicious.
