Review summary

Disappointed with HAL although plenty of staff, they seemed unsure of their menu. Neptune lounge staff less than helpful. Embarkation was awful. Our cabin was wonderful.

Glad the MDR has improved this last week, have had some great dinners there. Lunch and breakfast, while good also, do not change, but that is what the Lido is for. Looking forward to the next week as we return to Vancouver.
