The food was extremely good! We found the buffet above average offering what was available in the main dining with lots of extras! The Canaletto Restaurant was absolutely delicious! The Chef had done a food demonstration one afternoon of a fish dish that was not on the menu. I asked about it and he cooked it for me! Additionally, my preference is for angel hair pasta which is not on the menu. I asked about it when making our reservation and they noted my preference which was available for me to have with the most delicious chicken parmigiana!❤️

We were disappointed overall in the stage shows which were not up to pre Covid offerings but nor were on the other two cruises (one a different cruise line that we took just prior to this one). We did enjoy the cooking demonstrations; informative, comedy, game and musical shows offered in the afternoon on sea days and most days at night.

This crew was absolutely overall was the most amazing, friendly and attentive crew that we have ever encountered in over 32+ cruises! They learned our names, our preferences, etc! Incredible crew!❤️

We had a handicap accessible room, however I can’t remember our room # ( we did 2-7-day cruises just prior to this 14-day cruise making up lost cruising time due to Covid!😂)!, however we were upgraded to a Veranda handicap accessible room with a balcony which was awesome!💕
Ship tip
Can’t think of anything except that when you sail on a 14-day cruise that is actually two back to back cruises, the menus are the same for the first 7 days as is the entertainment schedule and mostly the same itinerary. This was absolutely fine with us but not with others.
We did a post cruise tour of Ft Lauderdale which included a bus tour, boat tour and brought us and our luggage to the airport. The tour were really great!
Beautiful island with lots of activities and beautiful beaches! I had lunch at the Lobster Shack which is available for additional $ but worth every penny if you love lobster as I do!❤️
This port offers great beaches and many water related activities. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t conducive to these types of activities as it was amazingly windy the day we were in this port!😪
This was only my second time visiting this port which I had previously enjoyed doing an area tour. However, this time I realized that they have an amazing Water Park/Water Experience just to the right as you enter the port that provides all sorts of water related fun and experiences! I recommend checking this opportunity when visiting Amber Cove!
I have been to this port many times and decided to just walk around the port area checking out vendors, shops, etc. We experienced on/off rain most of the time and I did well avoiding getting wet until I had no other choice but to get back to the ship in time for departure when the skies opened up once again and I got soaked!😂😂😂 Making memories!💕
Thanks for the tip, we are doing B2B in May/June. Last time we sailed, the stage/theater was occupied by a huge convention group for the full week, no shows, hope they have some this time.
