We were there, HAL were wonderful. What in the world do you want? It happens, deal with it. We were bused to Miami airport the next day and had to wait 11 hours for our flight home. Not fun but what can anyone do? We are going back on the ship on February 8th and are looking forward to a great vacation!

Ship developed mechanical problem as on of the asipods was not working. Some passengers were put on the Koningsdam an Nieuw Statendam. The others were given full refunds, onboard credit an apologies. I was on the Koningsdam and talked to some of those passengers. It certainly is unfortunate. I love the Nieuw Amsterdam and recently sailed on it on Oct 26 2019.
