We were on Nieuw Amsterdam in March of 2018. Beautiful ship. Absolutely delicious food, even at buffet. Great ports. Staff always smiling and very friendly, especially at the buffet. Our cabin steward always greeted us by name when he saw us and asked how our day was at the different ports. Cabin always spotless. Never had to ask for anything. Not a lot to do on the ship during the day but that's what the ports are for. Make sure to try the hamburgers at the Dive-In. Best we've ever had.
