Exception to this rating......Cabin Staff and Concierge were excellent...(Neptune Lounge ...nice touch) Silvia the detox seaweed wrap masseuse was outstanding...other spa personnel not so much...Facial/shave and couples massage were disappointing. Health and Fitness individual (Jake) was interesting and motivating...
