Review summary

Cannot say enough about the steward and dining service. ONLY disappointment was the zipline, which wasn't really a zipline experience. Very clean ship and not oversized passenger ship. Easy on & off in ports and always on time.

Our service at Dinner was phenomenal. Aji and Yuli were outstanding and our children loved how they interacted EVERY night.

Service and Staff

Like I mentioned above, all personnel was great. Adi, Yuli, Asep, and Aji-which were our room steward, host, and waiter were absolutely the best we have ever had on a cruise ship.

Zipline excursion was disappointing. It was more of an obstacle course and excursion manager said it was not as strenuous as it looks. Do NOT bring children and not really worth the money.

Beautiful water and plenty of room for everyone. Lots of people, but only Holland America people.

Very speedy and organized. NO problem what-so-ever. Greeted by many of the crew with many "thank-yous and good-byes"
