Ships seems brand new. Huge ship for short cruise

Excellent weekend getaway!!! Embarkation less then 15 minutes from parking to boarding ship. Coco Cay amazing has always. Nassau typical. Food was excellent. Vanisha our head waitress was by far the best we ever had. Recommend this cruise!!!

Cruise was great. Wish I did the 2 stop cococay. I took along my 2 year old son and he had a blast

This was our first time on Royal and enjoyed it! The staff was always so friendly and helpful, the food excellent at any dining location including the buffet on cococay. I was very impressed by the level of amazing service we received from everyone on board that we encountered that we already booked our next cruise on this same ship!

Fun, relaxation in amazing weather.

The cruise was amazing from the service to the entertainment to the locations and activities offered by Royal. We did not encounter any issues and if we had a question it was answered right away. I would do this cruise again in a heart bit

For a short little get away and a smaller ship it was well worth it. Beautiful ship and food was great except for the omelette and egg station. That needs some improvement. Overall a fantastic cruise.

Second time of this ship and the new renovations made it feel like a new ship. Enjoyed every minute. Entertainment was great and enjoyed food in MDR and buffet. Coco cay was amazing!

Great time on a really nice ship, Cabin Suite was tremendous, Bars were nice, plenty to do, Ship was very clean and well laid out, Royal Promenade is very nice, plenty of entertainment. Coco cay is excellent, lots of stuff going on, or you can just sit back and relax on the beech or by the huge pool. Swim up bar was a happy experience.

Navigator of the seas felt like a Beta Ship with Trainees food was ok getting on and off ship was smooth captain Angel was fantastic, Crew director failed and was terrible , shows where good not enough activity, dining staff needs a lot of manners training and be offensive and rude ,chamber maids only seen once in morning and have selective memory,

Will not be returning the staff were not friendly. Got bothered if asked a question. The lifeguards were very rude. Not a kid friendly ship. Every lifeguard had different rules. Didn't allow my 3 year old granddaughter get in pool. I was not impressed at all. I keep trying to give Royal Caribbean chances but it seems like it just keeps getting worse. I WILL DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN AND GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE. I WILL DEFINITELY BE STICKING WITH CARNIVAL. We cruise alot and such a disappoinment that royal Caribbean staff n entertainment not good at all.

We had an amazing time on this cruise and on this ship. We will certainly sail on Navigator of the Seas again.

Overall the cruise was great, the ship was beautiful and will definitely be going back on it again. Already planning a family cruise for next summer.
