Review summary

Will not be returning the staff were not friendly. Got bothered if asked a question. The lifeguards were very rude. Not a kid friendly ship. Every lifeguard had different rules. Didn't allow my 3 year old granddaughter get in pool. I was not impressed at all. I keep trying to give Royal Caribbean chances but it seems like it just keeps getting worse. I WILL DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN AND GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE. I WILL DEFINITELY BE STICKING WITH CARNIVAL. We cruise alot and such a disappoinment that royal Caribbean staff n entertainment not good at all.

Service and staff were not friendly at all. During breakfast at restaurant on last day the guy standing by door was sooo rude telling everyone not buffet just limited menu and we said that's fine and he repeated it like 3 more times saying no buffet til finally I said oooook and that's fine can you get us a table

My family was on this same cruise and although we didn’t have 1star experience, I would agree with some of the concerns with the staff. This was our 1st RC cruise and was expecting more for the cost over Carnival. We’re definitely not ruling out another RC cruise but may try another line. We’ve been on 4 Carnival ships in the past

Sounds like you're a Carnival employee writing a bad review or someone who needs to stay home and vacation in your own back yard. I have been on 25 cruises 22 with RC and all the issues on all of them combined dont equal to all the issues you claimes to have on this 7 day one. Thanks for the good laugh this morning.

Such a shame that you had a bad experience on Navigator...we had a fantastic cruise on her last year to the Baltics and the staff were very friendly, full of fun and went all out to please. However, we've just come off MSC Bellissima which is brand new, super ship but staff looked like they didn't want to be there and were rude also the food choice was poor and lukewarm at best, so know how you feel. Was our first and probably last cruise with MSC.

Just cruised on Navigator of the seas Sept 16 and everything was great. Staff waited on us and treated us very well. My husband asked for hot chocolate every breakfast and got it. I watched families with small children and they played watched the outdoor movie all seemed well. So sorry for your discontent

I was on the Navigator of the Seas in June of this year. Totally different experience. I am sure Carnival will be happy to have you return.

We've sailed with RC 3 times and enjoyed. The crew was very nice. By the way, not all crew are not nice.

About the pool. Why couldn't your grand daughter go ibn the pool? Kids have their own and if in diapers or swimmers it's not allowed

Stinks you had bad experience. Navigator was one of our favorite ships but it staff can make or break it sometimes. I've cruised both CCL and RCC and have to agree the entertainment/activities are pretty lacking compared to CCL. RCC REALLY needs to step it up some and add variety - same stuff as 10 years ago 💤💤💤💤 CCL seems to be more kid friendly. Hope your next cruise is better! 👍🌴👙🏖️🍹🍦😋
