Overall the cruise was great, the ship was beautiful and will definitely be going back on it again. Already planning a family cruise for next summer.
Embarkation

We had the new "Key program" that RCL offers. So we got expedite entry which was great. Once on board there was some confusion among the employees as to where we go to drop off our carry on luggage (this is one of the perks of "the key") one person says go that way, the other says it's the other way so it was a little frustrating but didn't let it ruin the vibe. All was sorted out. The terminal/parking garage very nice and easy to maneuver through.

Food and Dining

We got the Dining package so we ate at a different specialty restaurant every night and it was absolutely delicious!! We also ate at the buffet for breakfast which was good. We ate a Hooked seafood my boyfriend was very happy with the lobster, they are huge! Also ate at Jamie's Italian so yummy!!! Highly recommend!
Only complaint is the floors at Jamie's are extremely slippery. The tables and chairs go flying with a simple touch, I almost fell a couple times. This is something RC really needs to correct before someone gets hurt.
Chop's Grille

Great service and great food. We had lunch on embarkation day (part of the key program) it was absolutely delicious and then ate there again for dinner on the last night. Highly recommend!
Onboard Activities

The pool area is absolutely amazing. So colorful and so many different areas to hang out in. They really did a great job. Solarium was also very nice, we spent a lot of time there. Also did the water slides and Flowrider which were so fun!
Entertainment

While there was a lot of different things going on and neat things to see and do, comedian was disappointing which was a bummer cause we really enjoy going to those shows (plus out of 3 night he only performed on the last night??) As for the shows, I think it's time they changed those out....unfortunately didn't get to catch the Ice skate show which was really the only one I was looking forward too.

Ship Quality

Ship was also looking good, but elevator and stair area always had a million finger prints all over and dried up ice cream. This is the first time we have sailed RC that we didn't see someone in these areas always cleaning, very strange. Sailed on the Allure & Majesty before and always someone was in the stairways and by the elevators cleaning. With the ship at full capacity it was definitely needed in these areas.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was in deck 11, cabin 1120. Its one of the newer cabins added after the refurbishment. "Spacious Ocean view" typical balcony cabin. Very nice decor, everything updated and literally right next to the Solarium which is wear we spent a lot of our time.
Ship tip
Having a cabin on deck 11 was great. Close to pool/slides area and food! Walk around and explore everything the ship has to offer. They really did a great job with the refurbishment and I can't wait to go again!
Awesome!! We were here 5 years ago so to see all the changes is incredible. This time we got to do the parasailing (which got canceled on us 5 years ago) so this was a great experience!! We also did the waterpark, love the slides!! Also hung out at the Oasis pool, very fun but I would say that part of the Island was the most crowded. Will spend more time by the beaches on the next visit. Food was delicious!
We actually didn't get off the ship cause we've been hear a few times. So we choose to relax and enjoy the ship. But when we did get off we spent our time at Atlantis which is a great place! We've done the waterpark, snorkeling in the tank and swimming with dolphins all highly recommend!!
I live here so I am biased to say 5 stars place is great! Lol. For those who don't, if you have time great things to do, Bayside, Hollywood beach (the boardwalk area) take a tour and enjoy!
Again with "the key program" disembarking was a breeze!! We got to go down private elevators that are usually reserved for pinnacle/suite guest and went right through customs. Took like less than 5 mins. Will definitely do this again, well worth the price!
I really enjoyed the Navigator. We stayed in a Panoramic Ocean view room. Had windows from wall to wall and floor to ceiling. Would definitely stay in that room again. Made the room feel huge.
